Bitumen

We offer Ductility Testing Machine to our clients which is used in inflexible pavement Construction. Ductility is defined as distance in cms to which a standard briquette of bitumen can be stretched before the thread breaks. The briquette is stretched at a rate of 50mmminute ±25mm per minute at a temperature of 27ºC ± 0.5ºC. The main motto of our organization to provide international quality products to our clients For this we have set up a quality checking unit that helps us to follow stringent quality checking norms.

Made as per ASTMD-88 specification, It is used for finding out Saybolt Viscometer Apparatus of fuel oils and lubrication oils by Universal Jet and FUROL Jet methods. The apparatus consists of Brass Chromium Plated cup centrally placed in a water Bath. The bath has a lid which contains a water cooling tube, two handles with two stirrer blades, thermometer socket and a heater. The stirring of liquid is done by hand with turn table arrangement without stainer. Temperature is controlled by an energy regulator. The Instrument is suitable to work on 220 V AC, 50Hz.
